Our approach is that there is no “us versus them” with owners and tenants. We work with our owners to provide great properties and our tenants to ensure that those properties are well cared for.<\/p>\n

Our objective for our owners is to manage the property so that things are running so well, that there is no cause to worry. When our owners tell us that they barely think about their property now, I consider that a great success.<\/p>\n
